The District is proud to announce that Robert F. Kennedy High School (RFKHS), Delano High School (DHS), and Cesar Chavez High School (CCHS) have been named recipients of the California Exemplary Dual Enrollment Award.

This prestigious statewide recognition honors schools that demonstrate excellence in providing high-quality dual enrollment opportunities that support student success, equity, and access to college coursework. Awarded by the California Department of Education, the designation highlights schools whose programs allow students to earn college credit while completing their high school education, helping them get a strong start toward their academic and career goals.

The dual enrollment programs at RFKHS, DHS, and CCHS reflect the district’s continued commitment to expanding rigorous academic opportunities, strengthening partnerships with higher education institutions, and ensuring that students are well prepared for college and the workforce.
