Outstanding Performances by District Choirs
All three district high school choirs recently represented our schools with excellence at regional CMEA adjudicated festivals, earning impressive ratings and recognition for their hard work and musical growth.

Cesar Chavez High School (CCHS) earned a back‑to‑back Unanimous Superior rating at the Bakersfield High School CMEA Music Festival, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects consistent excellence in choral performance.

Delano High School (DHS) also had a successful showing. The Beginning Choir earned an Excellent rating, while the Chamber Choir received a Superior rating, demonstrating strong progress and high‑level musicianship across ensembles.

Robert F. Kennedy High School (RFKHS) achieved a Unanimous Superior rating at the Porterville High School CMEA Ratings Festival, showcasing outstanding ensemble performance and musical precision.
