Commencement Schedule

Commencement for schools will be as follows:  

• Adult School:  
  • Thursday, May 28th, 5:30 p.m.
  • Doors open at 5:00 p.m.
  • Location - Cesar E. Chavez High School Performing Arts Center

• Valley HS:
  • Wednesday, June 3rd, 5:00 p.m.,
  • Doors open at 4:00 p.m.
  • Location - Robert F. Kennedy High School Lecture Hall

• Robert F. Kennedy HS
  • Wednesday, June 3rd, 7:30 p.m.
  • Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
  • Prelude at 7:00 p.m.
  • Location - Thunderbird Stadium

• Cesar E. Chavez HS:  21st Commencement Ceremony  
  • Thursday, June 4th, 7:30 p.m.
  • Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
  • Procession: 7:00 p.m.
  • Location - Titan Stadium

• Delano HS:  113th Commencement Ceremony  
  • Friday, June 5th, 7:30 p.m.
  • Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
  • Location - Gene Beck Stadium

 

Rules & Conditions

• Entry guidelines strictly enforced.
• Tickets do not reserve specific seating
• Do not sit in aisles, walkways or steps.
• Graduation announcement does not serve as a ticket.
• All bags, purses, and backpacks are subject to inspection.
• No outside food or drinks, hydroflasks or ice chests. Sealed water bottles are OK.
• No airhorns or noise makers permitted.
• No view obstructing items including: balloons, posters, signs and/or umbrellas are not permitted.
• No stadium or lawn chairs allowed
• No re-entry
• Non-refundable

 

We ask for your help in making the commencement ceremonies a positive experience for everyone.  Misconduct by even a few would be disruptive to the graduates, faculty and guests who expect and deserve a safe, orderly, and dignified ceremony.

Our schools are an alcohol and drug-free campus and a zero tolerance for disorderly behavior will be strictly enforced.
