Mr. Julius Achere has been an exemplary science teacher at Delano High School for the last 28 years. As a department chair and leader in the district, he has shepherded many new teachers into their positions, demonstrating to them what it means to be a compassionate and caring instructor. He teaches Physical Science and Chemistry along with Dual Enrollment Health courses through Bakersfield College. DHS is lucky to have Mr. Achere as a valued faculty member.
