Students earn elective credit for working on core class work such as U.S. History, Biology, Science, Geometry, Algebra, Health, etc. Students are responsible for bringing assignments from other classes. Students unable to advocate for their work assignments will be assisted by instructor or instructional aide until self-advocacy is attained. Collaboration between core teachers, RSP teacher and the student is essential for success. I grade on a 100% scale as follows: 50% participation and 50% filing out and tracking assignment sheets. Participation includes coming to prepared (assignment sheet, pencil & paper), staying on task when in class and exhibiting good behavior. Students who come to class unprepared to work on assignment will work on academic packet or article review provided by me.
